PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

For the Ordering, Sale, and Delivery of Goods

This Agreement is an official and public offer (hereinafter the “Agreement”) from the Seller to enter into a contract for the sale of goods presented on the website https://pdtedgecraft.com/. According to Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, this Agreement is public and applies equally to all Buyers regardless of their legal status (individual, legal entity, or sole proprietor), without providing preference to any Buyer. By entering into this Agreement, the Buyer fully accepts the terms and conditions of ordering, payment, delivery, return, liability for fraudulent orders, and all other terms of this Agreement. The Agreement is deemed concluded upon the Buyer clicking the “Confirm Order” button on the checkout page and receiving an electronic order confirmation from the Seller.

1. Definitions

1.1. Public Offer — a public offer by the Seller addressed to an indefinite number of persons to conclude a remote sale agreement under the terms set forth herein.
1.2. Goods or Services — the subject of the transaction selected by the Buyer on the Seller’s website and placed in the cart, or already purchased remotely.
1.3. Online Store — the Seller’s website at https://pdtedgecraft.com/.
1.4. Buyer — any legally capable person aged 18 or older, or a legal entity or sole proprietor, making a purchase for non-business purposes.
1.5. Seller — Sole Proprietor Yehor Ihorovych Lebedyk (Tax ID: 3838705998), registered and operating under the laws of Ukraine, located at: 19B Viyska Zaporizkoho Street, Poltava, 36013, Ukraine.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. The date of acceptance (offer acceptance) shall be the date the Buyer completes the order form and receives an order confirmation electronically. A written agreement may be issued at the Buyer’s request.

3. Order Placement

3.1. Orders can be placed through the cart, by email, or by phone as listed on the website.
3.2. The Seller may refuse an order if the provided information is incomplete or suspicious.
3.3. The Buyer must provide:

• Full name

• Delivery address

• Contact phone number

• Tax ID (for legal entities or sole proprietors)
  3.4. The product’s name, quantity, article number, and price are shown in the cart.
  3.5. Either party may request additional information. The Seller is not responsible for order fulfillment in case of missing data.
  3.6. All Buyer information is entered into the Seller’s database.
  3.7. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
  3.8. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms:

• Full agreement with the offer

• Consent to personal data processing in accordance with Ukrainian law.

4. Price and Delivery

4.1. Prices are listed on the website in UAH, including VAT.
4.2. Prices may be changed by the Seller unilaterally, except for already paid orders.
4.3. Delivery costs are not included in the product price and must be paid separately according to the delivery service’s rates.
4.4. The Seller may provide estimated delivery costs upon request.
4.5. Payment is considered completed once the Seller receives the funds.
4.6. Payment methods are described in the “Payment & Delivery” section of the website.
4.7. Upon receipt, the Buyer must inspect the goods and sign the delivery document.
4.8. Signing the receipt confirms that there are no claims regarding quantity, appearance, or completeness.
4.9. Ownership and risk pass to the Buyer upon handover to the delivery service.

5. Rights and Obligations

The Seller undertakes to:
5.1.1. Deliver the Goods in accordance with the Buyer’s order and this Agreement.
5.1.2. Maintain the confidentiality of the Buyer’s personal data.

The Seller has the right to:
5.2.1. Modify this Agreement and prices unilaterally by publishing updates on the website.
5.2.2. Suspend the order if the Buyer violates Agreement terms.

The Buyer undertakes to:
5.3.1. Read the terms of this Agreement and prices before ordering.
5.3.2. Provide complete and accurate information for delivery and order fulfillment.
5.3.3. Pay for and accept the ordered Goods.

6. Returns

6.1. The Buyer may return unused goods of proper quality within 14 days if the goods do not meet expectations (form, color, size, etc.), with intact packaging, seals, labels, and the original receipt.
6.2. Non-returnable goods are listed in accordance with Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers regulations.
6.3. Refunds are issued within 30 calendar days upon receiving the returned goods and confirming eligibility.
6.4. Refunds are processed via bank transfer to the Buyer’s account.
6.5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
6.6. In case of defects under warranty, claims are accepted per consumer protection laws.
6.7. Custom-made or personalized goods are non-returnable.
6.8. Returns must be shipped to the Seller’s address listed in the “Contacts” section.

7. Liability

7.1. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by improper installation, storage, or use.
7.2. The Seller is not responsible for delays due to inaccurate Buyer information.
7.3. Both parties are liable under Ukrainian law.
7.4. Neither party is liable for force majeure events such as war, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances.

8. Privacy and Personal Data

8.1. By providing personal data, the Buyer consents to its storage, processing, and use for order fulfillment.
8.2. The Seller does not disclose personal data except as required by law or for order fulfillment.
8.3. The Buyer is responsible for keeping personal data accurate and up to date.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
9.2. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If unresolved, they may be submitted to court under applicable law.
9.3. The Seller may amend this Agreement unilaterally. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
